Batch Shipping makes it easy to process and print multiple labels in one step, saving time and reducing repetitive tasks. Instead of buying and printing labels one order at a time, you can create a batch to handle many shipments at once.
Step 1: Select Your Orders
- Navigate to the Orders page.
- Select the orders you want to include in the batch.
- Note: Any order without a shipping service assigned will be skipped. Assign a rate first to include it.
Step 2: Buy Labels in Bulk
- At the top of the order list, click Buy [xxx] Labels.
- An alert screen will show the selected services, costs, and total.
- Review the information carefully, then click Purchase to create your batch.
Step 3: Review Your Batch
After purchasing, you’ll be taken to the Batch Page, where you can:
- See how many labels were purchased.
- Check the status of each shipment.
- View tracking numbers for each order.
- Refund labels using the $ icon.
- View shipment details using the eye icon.
You can also revisit this batch later from the Shipments Page by clicking the batch number.
Step 4: Print Your Labels
On the Batch Page, click Print Labels (top-right corner) to generate all labels in one print file. This makes it easy to load your printer once and process every package without interruption.
