How to Create a Return Label?

Creating a return label ensures your customers can easily send products back to you while keeping costs and processes under control. With VESYL, you can generate return labels manually or provide customers with QR code-based returns for a hassle-free experience.

Option 1: Manually Create a Return Label

1. Go to the Shipments Page.
2. Locate the shipment you want to create a return for.
3. Click the 3 action dots (...) next to the order.
4. Select Create Return Label.
   

This will open the Quick Ship page with pre-filled information:

• Sender Address = your customer’s address.
• Recipient Address = your warehouse or return location.
  

From here:

• Enter the Sender Phone Number.
• Confirm or adjust the weight (defaulted from the original order).
• Select your packaging type.
• Click Get Rates to compare services and choose the best carrier.
• Once selected, click Purchase to generate the return label.

You can then download and email the label directly to your customer.

Option 2: QR Code Returns (Printer-Free)

For a smoother customer experience, VESYL supports QR Code Returns:

1. From the Shipments Page, click the 3 dots under Actions.
2. Select View QR Code.
3. Save the QR code or send it directly to your customer.
   

The customer simply presents the QR code at a courier drop-off location. The courier scans it, prints the label, and attaches it to the package—removing the need for the customer to print at home.
