How to Request a Label Refund
- Go to the Shipments Page in your VESYL dashboard.
- Find the shipment with the label you want to refund.
- Click the 3 dots (···) in the Actions column next to that shipment.
- Select Refund Label to submit your refund request.

Refund Processing Times by Carrier
- USPS
- You have 30 days from label purchase to request a refund.
- Refunds can take up to 30 days to process and appear back on your account.
- UPS
- You have 30 days to request a refund for an unused label.
- Refunds are typically processed within a few hours, making this the fastest option.
- OSM
- If a label is never used, you will not be charged in the first place—no refund request necessary.
For Non-VESYL Accounts
If you are using shipping services through a non-VESYL account or reseller, please contact your sales representative directly for refund procedures and timing, as they may vary.
